Three private rooms (12, 20, and 16 guests) can be combined for groups up to 50. Most corporate retreats book 4 to 8 weeks in advance.

What group sizes can you accommodate?
We have three private rooms: Room 1 (12 guests), Room 2 (20 guests), and Room 3 (16 guests). Rooms can be combined for larger events — up to 50 guests when all three are booked together. We also accommodate larger group tours of the main hologram tunnels.
Is the venue accessible for senior groups?
Yes. The entire venue is wheelchair accessible and requires no physical exertion. Guests walk or roll through the experience at their own pace. No flashing strobes or jump scares — designed for all mobility levels and ages, including memory care residents.
Do you offer group rates for school field trips?
Yes. We offer dedicated group pricing for K-12 school field trips, daycares, scouts, church groups, and homeschool co-ops. Field trip bookings include curriculum-connected hologram tunnels — dinosaurs, marine life, space, and ecosystems. Weekday mornings offer the best availability for school groups.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance for groups under 20, and 4 to 8 weeks for groups over 30 or full corporate retreat buyouts. Weekends and holidays book out faster.

Booking & Cancellation
All bookings are made through Peekpro. Group bookings are subject to a separate group agreement issued after your custom quote is approved. Standard tickets may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit, subject to availability.
Admission & Safety
3D glasses are provided and required for all hologram experiences. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests for disruptive behavior.
Photography
Personal photography and video are welcome. Commercial use requires written permission. By entering, you consent to being photographed in incidental marketing footage.
Liability
Hologram Zoo Illinois is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from guest negligence or failure to follow posted safety guidelines.
